Adolf Rothenberg (1893-1941), Breslau (A merchant, deeply involved in the cultural life of the city, A. Rothenberg wrote for professional periodicals on culture. He financed lectures by historians of art and was a member of associations supporting and propagating the works of Klee and Kandinsky. A great admirer of Cubism, he owned works by Picasso, Braque, Léger, Gris, etc.).
